  • Documents are delivered digitally by email to the email address you provide at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for payment processing issues, download errors, or email delivery problems outside our control.
  • We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party authorities or factors beyond our control.

Refunds are available in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and your rights under the ACL. Refunds will not be provided for customer input errors (e.g., incorrect property address).
