Refund and Return Policy

Refunds

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we will only provide refunds for orders where there has been an error on our platform. Refunds will not be issued for customer input errors or where information provided by government authorities is incorrect.

If you have mistakenly entered the wrong property address or title reference during the purchase process, the order cannot be refunded. A new order will need to be placed and the standard fee will apply.

Returns

As our products and services (including Certificates of Title and property reports) are delivered digitally via email, returns are not applicable. Once the requested search results have been generated and sent, the product is considered delivered and cannot be “returned.” Refunds will not be provided where a customer simply sends back the digital file.

Please note: Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy where a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL.

Mistakes

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, please contact our support team as soon as possible. You will need to provide your order ID and the correct email address so we can re-send the order to the right inbox.

Timing for Delivery

Our titles and property searches are manually processed and then emailed to you. While we aim to deliver results within 2 hours, please allow up to 72 hours (three business days) for fulfilment. This timeframe accounts for potential delays from the relevant authorities we source information from.

Check Your Spam / Junk Mail

Occasionally, our automated emails may be incorrectly flagged as spam. Please check your spam/junk folders if you haven’t received your order within 72 hours (even if your confirmation email and invoice arrived correctly). If your order is not in your inbox or spam/junk folders after 72 hours, contact our support team and we will assist promptly.
